For service providers · Oʻahu
Booked appointments.
Not shared leads.
We speak to the customer, confirm a two-hour window, and hand the job to one provider. Yours. You quote on site, you invoice the customer, and you keep the whole job.
We are a booking service, not a contractor and not a lead broker. We do not sell your job to four other companies, and we never take money from your customer.
- One provider per appointment. The customer gets your name, and nobody else is calling them about that job.
- Qualified before you drive out. We phone the customer, verify the address and the scope, and get the window confirmed in their words.
- You set the capacity. Tell us your days, windows and daily limit and we book inside it. Change it whenever you need to.
- No listing fee. No subscription to be in the running, and your first appointment is free.
List your services
We read every application and check your licence before we send you work. Usually two business days.
What it costs
Pay per appointment, or take a plan.
Published, because you should not have to sit through a sales call to find out the price.
Pay as booked: $65
Per appointment you accept and attend. No minimum, no commitment, cancel any time. Invoiced weekly.
Pro: $349 a month
Up to eight appointments a month in one service, priority in the rotation, and one unused appointment rolls over. Works out at about $44 each.
How it works
From application to booked job.
Tell us your capacity
The days, the arrival windows and how many appointments a day you can take. Change it whenever you need to.
We qualify the customer
We phone them, verify the address and the scope, and get the arrival window confirmed in their words before we offer it.
One offer, to you
Accept or pass by text. Nobody else is offered the same job, so you are not racing four other companies to the door.
You quote, you invoice
You assess on site, set your own price, and invoice the customer. We take no cut of the work and never touch their money.
What we can list
Services we are cleared to offer in Hawaiʻi.
Not every trade can be referred by a booking service, and some need a licence before anyone can legally do the work. This is the whole list, with the requirement that decides whether you qualify. It is checked against DCCA's licence classes, not guessed at.

Notary commissions are issued by the Hawaiʻi Attorney General rather than DCCA. If your trade is not here, tell us in the application and we will look at whether it can be added.
What we will not do
Three things worth saying plainly, because the companies you have probably dealt with do all three.
- We will not promise you a number of jobs. Anybody who does is guessing.
- We will not sell the same appointment to several providers at once.
- We will not take a cut of the work, or touch your customer's money.

Questions
Straight answers.
Do I have to pay to be listed?
No. There is no listing fee and no subscription required. You pay per appointment you accept and attend, and your first appointment is free so you can see the quality before you spend anything.
How many jobs will I get?
Nobody can honestly promise you a number, and we will not pretend to. What we control is the quality of the appointment: we speak to the customer, confirm the window, and check the scope is something you say you do. If the volume does not suit you, you can stop taking appointments at any time.
What counts as a billable appointment?
You accepted it, you attended it inside the agreed window, and the customer was there. If the customer does not show, or the details we gave you were materially wrong, we credit it in full and offer one replacement at no charge. You are not charged for a job you never got to quote.
Do I have to use your calendar or software?
No. Tell us the days, windows and daily limit you can work and we book inside that. Appointments reach you by text or email, and can also be pushed to a calendar feed. You do not have to install anything.
Who invoices the customer?
You do. You quote on site, you invoice the customer, you keep the whole job. We never take payment from your customer and we never take a percentage of the work.
What if the jobs do not convert?
We track it, because a bad appointment costs both of us. If fewer than 35% of the appointments we send you convert to booked work over a month, we credit half of those fees. We carry the qualification risk and you carry the selling risk, which is the fair split.
